In recent years, Implema has experienced strong growth in the Swedish market as a leading SAP partner.
The North Carolina office strengthens the company’s international presence and marks a major milestone in its strategy to expand with its customers and reinforce its global position.
Today, Implema operates ten offices across Sweden, allowing us to deliver continued local support and world-class SAP expertise. The U.S. office will be the company’s first location outside Sweden.eigh

- Wholly owned subsidiary
- Local recruitment– 3-5 employees are expected to be hired within the first six months, with the first hire in place by Q4 2025.
- Strategic location– the office will be located in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the heart of the Research Triangle, a global hub for biotech, technology, and innovation and home to three major universities including Duke University.
- Swedish leadership – Tobias Simolin has been appointed CEO of the U.S. subsidiary and will initially commute between Sweden and the U.S.
